How to Prepare for a Telemedicine Appointment

Requirements for Your Video Visit

Before your appointment, make sure you have:

• An active Trinity Health MyChart account
• A strong and reliable internet or Wi-Fi connect
• If You Are Using a Computer - you will need:
  • Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari
  • A camera, microphone, and speakers
  • Permission for your browser to access your camera and microphone
• If You Are Using a Smartphone or Tablet - you will need:
  • The MyChart app, available for both iPhone and Android devices
  • Permission for the app to access your camera and microphone

During Your Visit

Choose a quiet, private location with few distractions. For your safety and privacy, do not drive, ride in a vehicle, or do other activities during your video visit.
