About the Saint Alphonsus Telehealth Network
Saint Alphonsus has provided telehealth services for more than 10 years and supports over 15,000 telehealth visits each year. We partner with hospitals and clinics throughout Idaho and Oregon to:
- Help emergency departments respond quickly to urgent and time-sensitive medical situations
- Connect patients in rural communities with specialty care providers through telehealth appointments

Telehealth Services We Offer
Emergency and Urgent Care Services
Telestroke Program
Saint Alphonsus stroke specialists can evaluate and help treat stroke patients remotely using telehealth technology.
Teleburn Program
Burn specialists from the University of Utah Burn Center work with participating emergency departments to help care for patients with burn injuries.
Specialty Care Appointments
Saint Alphonsus offers telehealth appointments at partner hospitals and clinics across Idaho and Oregon. These services give patients access to specialty care that may not be available in their local community.
Specialty services available through telehealth include:
- Rheumatology
- Oncology (cancer care)
- Cardiology (heart care)
- Wound care
- And many other specialty services
Through telehealth, patients can connect with experienced specialists while staying closer to home.
