Philosophy of Care

I believe there are many components to good health that encompass mind, body and spirit. So many daily activities and habits contribute to the overall health of every person. I enjoy talking with my patients to learn about their goals, so I can then help to maximize their health to achieve them. Patients are empowered to define their own health, and knowing their goals is what I use to help assist along the way.
