Don’t lose your health coverage. Follow these steps:

ID card Make sure your state’s Medicaid agency has your current contact information. They will tell you if you have to do something new to keep your coverage.
envelope letter Check your mail for an important status letter from the state. It will include your next steps and any forms you need to fill out.

If you lose or are denied Medicaid or CHIP coverage, you can apply for affordable coverage at Healthcare.gov or at OregonHealthCare.gov. You must apply within 60 days of losing coverage.
