Memory Cafe –The Memory Café is a time to enjoy activities with your loved one with memory loss and break from the normal routine. It is a time to socialize, learn from monthly topics, and build resources for changing needs.

HOPE Project – The Treasure Valley Family YMCA in partnership with Saint Alphonsus Memory Center is excited to bring to you a once-a-month online (virtual) free education program on evidence-based lifestyle-medicine strategies and treatment of potentially modifiable risk factors to improve brain health and reduce one’s risk of dementia.

Improv to Improve Dementia Care Workshop: Saint Alphonsus collaborates with Aging Strong, Boise Contemporary Theater and Recycled Minds to bring you an annual Improv to Improve Dementia Care Caregiver Workshop. Our 3rd Annual workshop will take place June 2026. Please continue to check this website for details regarding registration in the spring of 2026.
