Memory Cafe –The Memory Café is a time to enjoy activities with your loved one with memory loss and break from the normal routine. It is a time to socialize, learn from monthly topics, and build resources for changing needs.

HOPE Project – The Treasure Valley Family YMCA in partnership with Saint Alphonsus Memory Center is excited to bring to you a once-a-month online (virtual) free education program on evidence-based lifestyle-medicine strategies and treatment of potentially modifiable risk factors to improve brain health and reduce one’s risk of dementia.

Project ECHO offers free online medical training for Idaho clinicians through a series of monthly panel discussions about patients with dementia, caring for them, and treatments that are offered.

Improv to Improve Dementia Care Workshop: Saint Alphonsus collaborates with Aging Strong and Recycled Minds to bring you an annual Improv to Improve Dementia Care Caregiver Workshop.

Join us for this 3-part workshop every Tuesday beginning April 14th and continuing April 21st, and 29th.
