Our Women’s Healthcare Providers

OB/GYN Doctors (Obstetricians and Gynecologists)

Our experienced, board-certified OB/GYN doctors provide a full range of care. This includes:

• Annual exams and Pap tests
• Treatment for gynecologic issues
• Minimally invasive surgeries
• Care during pregnancy
• Delivery, including natural birth or C-section

Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs)

Certified nurse-midwives are registered nurses with a master’s degree in women’s health care. They:

• Provide annual exams and preventive care
• Treat common gynecologic concerns
• Care for low-risk pregnancies
• Support natural childbirth
• Can prescribe medications and accept most insurance

Midwives do not perform surgery or C-sections, but they work closely with OB/GYN doctors if those services are needed.

Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

APPs include nurse practitioners and physician assistants with advanced training. They:

• Provide routine exams and preventive care
• Treat common gynecologic concerns
• Help with vaginal infections and screenings

APPs do not perform surgery, but they work with OB/GYN doctors if needed.
