Inpatient Mental Health
For patients requiring hospitalization, there are treatment programs available.
Open Adult Unit
Crisis stabilization philosophy and intensive observation with an average length of stay of five to six days. The intent is to help quickly stabilize and get referrals for ongoing treatment to outpatient providers
Child Program
A program for patients up to age 12 who require hospitalization. Crisis stabilization is a unit separate from adult population with an average length of stay of six to eight days.
All inpatient programs include the following:
- Medical evaluation
- Psychiatric evaluation
- Psychosocial assessment
- Medication management
- Milieu and group treatment including recreation; art and interactive; processing therapies
- Discharge planning
- Other consultations as arranged
- Chaplaincy services
- Patient and family education
