I appreciate that she listened carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained everything I needed to understand. Her behavior was respectful and professional while still making me feel like I was interacting with someone who cared about making sure I got the information I needed. I know the time of medical providers is valuable and limited, but I never felt rushed to get through the visit.

She clearly explained to me why my concerns that the new Bimachine that I had received was assisting with my condition.
