I enjoy caring for patients of all ages and activity levels, from competitive athletes to those simply wanting to stay active and functional. My goal is to use evidence-based treatments to focus on prevention of injuries, recovery, and long-term wellness. I strive to partner with each patient to create a plan that fits their goals, lifestyle, and stage of life.
