Saint Alphonsus announces historic Treasure Valley expansions

North Meridian Health Plaza Saint Alphonsus is investing in the future of healthcare in the Treasure Valley with the North Meridian Health Plaza, a new outpatient medical destination serving one of Idaho’s fastest‑growing regions. Located at the corner of Highway 16 and Chinden Road, the plaza will bring much‑needed access to care closer to families in North Meridian, Star, Eagle, Northwest Boise, and rural communities along the Highway 16 corridor, where rapid population growth has increased distance from services.

Situated on more than 17 acres, the development will feature an approximately 80,000‑square‑foot ambulatory medical office building offering primary and specialty care, advanced imaging, and additional outpatient services—creating a major new access point in an area experiencing historic growth.

“This project reflects our mission‑driven commitment to help people thrive where they live, where families grow, and where access makes a meaningful difference in their daily lives,” said Dave McFadyen, Saint Alphonsus Health System CEO.

The build will include primary and specialty care, advanced imaging, and more, including:
