I am thrilled that you are considering the Family Medicine residency at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Nampa. Our program received initial accreditation from the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in 2024. Saint Alphonsus Health System was founded by Catholic nuns, who pioneered health care and education in Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Nampa began as one-floor hospital over a downtown general store and has transformed into what is now our beautiful, state-of-the-art hospital. We were delighted to meet our first class of trailblazing residents on July 1, 2025, and we could not be more proud of these 6 physicians, who are truly building something special. We are pleased you are considering joining us to continue developing our legacy of educational excellence and compassionate care.
