Our Physician Relations Team is dedicated to providing relevant information to community healthcare providers about new services, programs, specialists and events at Saint Alphonsus Health System (SAHS). Our team functions as a direct link between physician offices and hospital services and works to achieve positive relationships, improved communication and exceptional patient care.
Our team offers:
- One point of contact for any referring provider to leadership at SAHS
- Information on new programs, services, specialists, CME activities, and other provider events
- Assistance with referrals and communication with specific clinical service areas to solve issues
- Referral pads and fact sheets
- Assistance with Epic Care Link access to view medical records and check referral status
- Organize in person meetings with specialists to improve care coordination with referring providers
