To learn more about the program, join us for an In Person introductory session. The 45-minute presentation will provide a general overview of the program and what you can expect as a participant.

Saint Alphonsus Prevent T2 Program is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which is a year-long program focused on lifestyle change for people with prediabetes and those at high risk of type 2 diabetes. The program focuses on healthy eating and physical activity to help you lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes!

People who are pregnant or have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes are not eligible.
