About this event

To learn more about the program, join us for an In Person introductory session. The 45-minute presentation will provide a general overview of the program, eligibility requirements and how to enroll in upcoming class.

Saint Alphonsus Prevent T2 Program is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which is a year-long program focused on lifestyle change for people with prediabetes and those at high risk of type 2 diabetes. The program focuses on healthy eating and physical activity to help you lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes!

To learn more about the program, join us for a Virtual introductory session. The 45-minute presentation will provide a general overview of the program and what you can expect as a participant.

People who are pregnant or have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes are not eligible.
