The weather is great and there are endless activities to participate in during the summer months into September. There is nothing worse than illness or minor injuries during our busy lives and possibly missing out on valuable time or fun opportunities.

Care on Demand can help with making sure your valuable time is respected so you can stay in the game. The greatest advantage of using the online service is the convenience of your phone or computer. As long as you are in the state of Idaho and Oregon, we can address your acute illness or injuries, and ideally treat these issues as needed with medications or other remedies. Beyond treatment plans, prescriptions or recommendations for over-the-counter remedies, this service is also excellent for counseling and coordination of care. Not all issues need to be seen in a urgent care or ER. We can help you determine if and when such visits are needed.

Through Care on Demand, patients can be seen for common conditions such as:

• Skin and Nail Problems (Ages 0+)

The connection process is quick, convenient, and easy. Patients can connect from a mobile device by downloading the MyChart app and clicking on the first Menu option (Care on demand). Give it a try so you will know first hand!

Care on Demand is open 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Wait times are typically shorter for this service. Most patients connect with a provider within minutes. This is a care management service as well as coordination of care service.
