Travis P. Leach, MBA, FACHE

Travis Leach is President of the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center Community Hospital Advisory Board.

Lisa Nelson, MD

Dr. Nelson has worked as a Hospitalist at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho since 2009, and has been involved in resident education for the duration of her time at Saint Alphonsus. Dr. Nelson became the Medical Director of Medical Education for the Saint Alphonsus Health system in 2020.

Daniel Houseman, MD

Dan Houseman, MD is an emergency medicine physician at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. He currently serves on the Saint Alphonsus Multi-Specialty Peer Review Committee and is an instructor in the Vituity Difficult Airway Course.

Dr. Sheila Giffen is an American Board of Family Medicine certified family physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. She joined the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Leadership team as Executive Medical Director for Primary Care in 2022.

Dr. Matthew Nelson is the medical director of the preventive lifestyle clinic at St. Alphonsus medical center. After his cardiology fellowship he underwent advanced interventional echocardiography training and is part of the structural valve team at St. Alphonsus.

Dr. Layla Soliman is board certified in general and forensic psychiatry. She teaches medical students and residents, as an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry with Atrium Health-Wake Forest School of Medicine.

Sheev Dattani, MD

Dr. Sheev Dattani, a leading Colon and Rectal Surgeon and one of the most experienced robotic colorectal surgeons in the region. Beyond his surgical expertise, Dr. Dattani is a recognized authority on diverticulitis, having published in the American Academy of Family Physicians journal.

Dr. Nicholas Kuntz is well-versed in a full spectrum of urologic conditions and specializes in da Vinci® robotic surgery and other minimally invasive surgical techniques.
