Speak with a licensed sales agent during call center hours: April 1 to September 2, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday; September 3 to March 31, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. A licensed sales agent will be present with information and applications. For accommodation of persons with special needs at meetings, call 1-866-831-4518 (TTY: 711). Not all plans have $0 Premium, Cash Back ($1,344.00 per calendar year, which is $112.00/month), or Part D prescription drug coverage benefits. Copays and coinsurance vary by plan. To file a grievance, call 1-800-MEDICARE to file a complaint with Medicare. Other pharmacies, physicians or providers are available in the plan's network.
