Dr. Al-Mateen personally greeted me with a smile in the reception area and escorted me to his consultation office. It was obvious and very comforting to find that he had previously prepared for my arrival with a very thorough review of my medical records. Throughout our visit he expressed continual optimism and was willing to assist me in evaluating my experience.
