Vaun Archibald is the best pediatrician I've ever met. When he comes into the room, he is calm and slow and greets everybody. He doesn't make you feel rushed which is already better than most pediatricians in town will do. Next, he does cute animal noises with the kids while doing a thorough check up on them. You can tell he has already clearly read what you've told the nurse and whatever else information you've already provided so you don't have to repeat yourself, again more than most! Then he jumps in to clarifying questions to the kid!! Which makes my kids feel important and like they're not taking a third wheel to their own appointment. He's always gets atleast one giggle out of my kids and me if I'm honest! He's very thorough in checking out any issues but also in making sure you are totally satisfied with his explanation you're not going to go home having any doubts which is so important with our kids care. Lastly, there have been times where I forgot the last time we visited or why and he'll ask the kid a question from a follow up on a last visit like how their tummy's feeling since then or whatever which just makes them feel so valued, they see so many people so always amazed at the level of care. They tell their friends all about their doctor who makes chirping noises!! The best.

Sorry I added that in the practice section. 😉 so I would refer you back to that for how we feel about our wonderful provider. Also, the nurses are always nice, and the people at the front desk are efficient and respectful. And every time I call, they are very nice and helpful.
My family followed Vaun from another practice to Saint Al's pediatric so we have worked with him for over 18 years. Every visit is a joy. He explains clearly. He always expresses a pleasant upbeat attitude with the kids. He connects with the kids easily and discusses age-appropriate uncomfortable topics with them regularly. I really admire the guy.
