Philosophy of Care

I am experienced in treating patients of all ages from children to older adults. I enjoy my interactions with them and helping them understand their medical issues. I find it fulfilling to help correct medical problems for others to live a more healthy and enjoyable life. I focus on evidence-based medicine, ensuring that each patient receives the best care possible. And finally, I practice shared decision-making, helping each patient be an active participant in his or her healthcare and am fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Hart answered questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, and listened to each concern I had, making the visit empathetic and patient-centered. He offered positive medication changes and reasonably discouraged other possible medications. I appreciate the suggestion of in-home help with bathing/personal hygiene and a referral to a pain specialist. I'm happy that Dr. Hart is in Kuna and hope he continues his time here!!!

After a long distance move, finding a new practician can feel like a gamble. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have found this practice right in my own neighborhood. Trent Hart PA followed through with everything we discussed, especially local referrals. Excellent!

The only concern I had was that he never had me sit on the table to listen to my heart, check my ears, check reflexes, or looked in my mouth. Just listened to my concerns and gave me feedback.

New provider appointment. It's always hard for a new provider to be comfortable with my family when they haven't been with us as they have grown. I love this place but dislike having providers leave and have to start over with explaining our family history and relationships with my children
