Philosophy of Care
I practice patient-centered, evidence-based psychiatry with a calm, collaborative approach that ensures people feel heard, respected, and supported. My care integrates motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, brief therapy modalities, and thoughtful medication management tailored to each person’s goals. I specialize in ADHD across the lifespan and also treat depression, anxiety and multitude of mental health challenges, working closely with families and care teams. I chose this work to help patients translate insight into sustainable change and reclaim their daily functioning and quality of life.
