My behavior (Karen Dietz) on 7/13/25 was unacceptable during my appt with Stephanie who is Dr Colemans assistant. I was confused over another issue I had tried to deal with prior to this appt. My self esteem was at rock bottom and I felt I was being ignored. I was not. Please understand I only left because I felt bad and didnt want to cause more problems by crying and getting even more emotional than I already was. The situation I was facing prior to the appt had nothing to do with Stephanie. Please accept my apologies and thank you for continuing to provide care even after I left the appt.
Stephanie acknowledged my concerns and ordered the appropriate testing which was very reassuring.
