I am thankful that Nurse Parsons cares about each of her patients and listens to their needs and helps them to feel comfortable asking for care when it can be difficult for us. Medical student spent a LOT of time with me
I don't really like the use of automated equipment taking notes of the session. It seems too "Big Brotherish" to me. I understand it helps the provider, but seems too invasive, especially after some of the reviews I've been reading about how unreliable some of these recording devises are.
This was my second time seeing Renée Parsons. She is truly the best medical care provider I have EVER encountered (and I have encountered many!). She is kind, respectful, has a demeanor that is approachable for someone like me (neurodivergent sexual trauma survivor) and helps me to feel safe and comfortable. I am able to be completely open with her about my needs because I know she will listen to what I have to say and provide me with insights, care, feedback, and referrals based on my goal of making sure my body feels and functions as best as I can help it to. I LOVE that Renée utilizes her phone (after asking for patient consent of course :) ) to take notes, ensuring that her notes are complete and also making them available for me to review afterward, too. Renee Parson is an absolute gem of a primary care provider and I appreciate her greatly! Her willingness to assist me in making my body strong and healthy makes it so much easier for me to schedule necessary appointments, interact with her and other medical providers, and to make the experience of going to the doctor significantly less stressful than it has been for me in the past.

Saw the nurse practitioner instead of Dr Watts. Felt she was not that helpful I am healthy and being sick with a cold is not normal for me. Should of waited for Dr Watts.
