My philosophy of care is to treat the whole person, recognizing that true health encompasses body, mind, and spirit. As a Family and Sports Medicine physician, I take time to understand each patient's unique story, challenges, and priorities. I'm passionate about non-surgical options like osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) and ultrasound-guided injections for pain management and restoring function, and about partnering with patients to prevent illness, optimize chronic conditions, and build healthy habits that fit their lives. Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help you achieve the function and freedom to pursue the life you love.
