I wish his staff was as good as he is. But over all I would hive his staff a 4! But I know he doesn't get to pick his staff.

I really enjoy going to the medical group where I see my doctor. From the moment I walk in, the staff are courteous, polite, and genuinely friendly. They greet you right away, ask if they can help, and let you know they’ll be with you shortly if they’re assisting someone else. Every employee makes you feel welcome and respected, which creates such a positive experience. I truly appreciate everyone there, and I absolutely love my doctor.
Dr. Mendenhall also responds to questions sent through My Chart in a timely manner.
I feel he is the greatest Primary Care Physician in every way possible, I could not ask for any better Doctor.

I am happy to have Dr. Mendenhall as my doctor. I have been with him for 7 years. Had a slight jiggle when my Humana insurance would not cover him. I didn't know at the time. Stayed with Humana a couple of months and didn't like the other doctors. I switched to St. Alphonsus insurance to go back to my doctors.

So thankful he is apart of the St als karcher clinic, he sets the standard real high on how caring, passionate & knowledgeable he is.
Doctor Mendenhall went thru my history and gave me strategy and advice to follow as well as setting up visits with other doctors to address my back problems. It was a great office visit and I really felt like my issues were addressed.
