Melissa was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She answered my questions, gave sound advice, and even provided me with copies of the October 2025 and April 2026 procedures performed at another office. She took the time to clearly explain the procedure performed in office and even sent me home with literature on how best to manage at home. She told me I could call the office and ask for her if I had any further questions. She showed true compassion and is clearly great at her craft. She put my mind at ease and gave me reassurance that I was clearly doing the right things at home. She is truly an asset to the office.

Melissa West, PA-C was great to work with. She was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and very personable. My situation wasn’t the most straightforward, but she did a really good job giving clear direction, explaining things in a way that made sense, and helping me feel at ease through the process.She saw me before my surgery in February and also at my follow-up afterward, and both visits were very positive. She was easy to talk to, professional, and made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable.Overall, I had a really good experience with her, the office, and the hospital. I’d definitely recommend Melissa, her office, and the hospital to anyone needing care.

She spent more time than I thought she would with me, answered all my questions explain things in great detail, and talked very clearly and pronounced every word really to the point that I had no problem understanding her sometimes when I talk to some of my PAs and doctors I could barely understand them. I can’t hear them where they mumble. She has a great voice communicates very well. Gave me a lot of tips and a lot of ideas on how to improve my health and make my life better I really appreciate her. She did a great job. I’m very happy thanks for all your help.

Professional but kind
Melissa took the time necessary for an EXCELLENT follow-up exam. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She needed to check with Dr. Dattani about when to begin Skyrizi infusions after surgery. After consulting with Dr. Dattani, Melissa followed up with me the next day, via MyChart, exactly as she said she would. Most important to me, I am healing and have a game plan for my recovery.
