It was an eye opening experience to look into my own ears. Can honestly see why you should never put any thing into said ear.
Dr. Snow was great, let me see for myself that there was nothing in my ears. It was eye opening so to speak. The explanation on the results of a previous surgery on the nose, and that is what is causing some of my problem. I was so relieved I almost cried. The the previous P.A. said there was a mass, I was scared. Last mass I had cost me my left kidney. Relief was overwhelming.

I was very hesitant to see a Dr from St Als after having a bad experience in the past. Very glad I chose to move forward with Dr. Snow caring for me. He is very professional, very thorough when explaining what is needed to care for you.

He is very kind, he seems a little too "professional," instead maybe he could be a little more at ease with patients. That would be my only thought.

You need to get your staffing figured out. Some problems cannot wait for months to be resolved. I am reasonably sure that you don’t want the emergency room turned into the “the doctor is too busy to see you” room.

Dr. Snow is always very professional and caring when I see him. He is GREAT. After the surgery to remove the polyp in my nose I have not had anymore sinus infections and the allergies that I had in the past are almost gone. Thank You Dr. Snow

I have had some issues with bloody nose problems Dr did a great job job of explaining what was going on
Provider felt disconnected. Wasn’t really listening to me on my thoughts and concerns. Providers back was turned to me pretty much the whole visit.
