I believe deeply in the dignity and inherent worth of every person, and this guides every interaction I have with my patients. My approach centers on honoring human life, prioritizing the individual, and respecting each person’s unique values and choices. I don’t impose my own ideas; instead, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where patients feel heard, empowered, and supported. Compassion, respect, and partnership are the foundation of my care. “At the same time, I am passionate about bringing the best medical knowledge, technology, and research to those I serve. I am a firm believer in prevention and lifestyle changes as the first and most effective strategies for long‑term health, while also embracing advanced medical tools and treatments when needed. My goal is to blend evidence‑based medicine with a personalized, human‑centered approach—so every patient receives care that is both scientifically grounded and deeply compassionate.

I absolutely had a great visit, I was looking for a new PCP and she won me over and was very in tune with my needs! I feel so relieved to find someone I can communicate with and who listens to me and explains what's and whys. It was so refreshing!! I feel we addressed my mind body and soul!

Dr. Carbonell was calm, personable and a good listener. She addressed all of my questions clearly. She is fluent in English and Spanish which I consider a great asset, especially in Canyon County. I plan to recommend her to my Spanish speaking neighbors.

Dr. Carbonell is the type of provider everyone should have to manage their health. I felt she was genuinely interested in my thoughts and concerns, she was kind and empathetic, offered sincere feedback and suggestions, she took her time, and I didn't keep anything back and didn't feel embarrassed or ashamed of sharing anything. I'm hoping she can be my new provider.
