The front office staff, nurse, and Dr. Squires make appointments easy and non judgmental. Dr. Squires seems like a genuinely caring person whose goal is to help patients reach a level of mental stability that they may not be able to reach in their own. I feel that I could tell him anything. I'm so glad I was referred to this clinic and Dr.

if I need help in the future for any of the reasons he gave me the key to the door and said he would be there to help me. He is truly what medicine should be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and open to his patients.

Squires made me feel comfortable to be open about anything I needed to talk about feeling no judgement. You can tell he is highly intelligent, knows what he is talking about and explains things out to you. Also with providers in my past ive felt rushed I never feel that was with my in session or telehealth visits with Dr. Squires and thats huge to me.

Yes, I have a patient suggestion for the St.Al's Behavioral Outpatient Facility lobby, request and/or ask for lobby music (radio) to be heard softly in the lobby for the pleasure of your patients while waiting in the lobby for their appointments. It was also, help reduce the patients sitting in the lobby waiting room for eavesdropping on patients who are checking in at the lobby front desk.
