Usually PA are not as strong and knowledgeable as Katherine, she followed my case all the way and knew the issues and dealt with them quickly and correctly!!

The PA, Anderson is very competent, explained and answered all my questions as she reviewed the upcoming procedures, medications, etc. of the knee replacemnt surgery, but was not looking at current pre-surgery x-rays when she wrote her report that I read on MY Chart. I was the one who had to call about not having current x-rays taken at the appointment that morning. . The surgeion took a quick look at the knee, also.

Katherine Andersen provided excellent service on [dates] during both of my schedule visits for post-op evaluation and treatment. She was not only attentive when listening and addressing my concerns, but she was also very proactive in referring me for labs and scheduling me for a third appointment so that she can reevaluate and assess me for further treatment as necessary. As a provider, Katherine is very respectful and professional and has a unique way of contributing to a level of trustworthiness that is partially responsible for my overall trust with the entire treatment team.
