Philosophy of Care
I believe the most important approach to take when treating sleep pathology is to have good collaboration with the patient. This starts by first really listening to what their goals are and what is most important to them for us to work on. From there, we can develop an individualized treatment plan and continue to work together until we have achieved what we hoped to accomplish.
