I am sorry to say but zi am having some health problems that are hard to figure out but the staff is truly trying their best to figure out and help me! I am a cancer servisior and something is going on! I absolutely appreciate them being through! Great staff!

Providers need to address the patient and not the family member as much as possible. They need to speak clearly and slowly when the person is elderly and has hearing loss. We often leave the appt. with me having to translate everything to mom because in general, people speak quickly and quietly.
