Courteous and professional. I appreciated Dr. Williams and his staff accommodating me with an appointment as soon as they could.

Although I had a somewhat uncomfortable procedure, Dr. Williams was at all times concerned about keeping me as comfortable as possible throughout.
He could not immediately set a date for the procedure. His staff took several days to call me with a date.
he was running a little late, but he answered all my questions that I had prepared and gave me confidence that he was going to inject the steroid

I was somewhat anxious about having a needle stuck in my spine, but Dr. Williams and his team made the procedure simple and relatively pain free. All my questions were answered, and I was comfortable throughout my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Williams.

Wish he would have offered suggestions for handling my pain for the 60 days before the procedure to hopefully eliminate the pain.
