Dr Williams is professional and skilled doing my epidural injection. He explained what would take place and kept me informed throughout the procedure. He and staff made sure my questions were answered and I was as comfortable as possible.

Although I had a somewhat uncomfortable procedure, Dr. Williams was at all times concerned about keeping me as comfortable as possible throughout.
He could not immediately set a date for the procedure. His staff took several days to call me with a date.
he was running a little late, but he answered all my questions that I had prepared and gave me confidence that he was going to inject the steroid

I came in agony. Subsequent treatment has left me pain free to date. Dr Williams was able to properly diagnose - then treat the pain sources, allowing me to avoid a serious major surgery. He's a great guy too.

Overall I feel that the staff and Dr. are very capable of what they do. The problem I have with St. Al;s is the length of time it takes to get an appointment . This time I had to wait 9 weeks for an appointment and I can assuew you the pain continues all that time.
