Working in oncology is a privilege. I get to come alongside many people and offer hope at a critical time in their lives. It is important for patients to know and feel that they are part of a team, dedicated not only to diagnosing and treating them, but also to achieving quality of life. The emergency room doctrine was especially a tenant and straightforward with us's I was impressed that he actually had communication with Dr. Rich, my cardiologist before finally deciding to release me from emergency.

I met with Janessa Waterman on [date] to do a status of my PV, especially after I'd been on a 5 week trip. She was so excited (almost more than me) that the blood work shows I'm in the control range. In addition, she spent the time and effort to make sure what the process will be going forward.

It was the first time I had Keri as the infusion, and she was as patient and profession as all of the nurses are in the infusion center.

I had a leg issue at the time and had to have an ex ray. Everyone including the infusion room where all my appointment happened were very caring and took care of me. I was in a lot of pain. Than you

Janessa is very professional and thorough during her exam time. One improvement I would recommend is to be less condescending when reviewing lab results and other recommendations. Each visit is treated like a new patient visit and unnecessary depending on the individual. For example, each visit we go through the entire list of lab results. She is aware of my background and if I had any concerns I would voice them. She reiterated all of the precautions that need to be taken due to a low count. After 3.5 years of treatment and a good record of avoiding infection, this was also unnecessary.
