Heather Tressider PA is an excellent care provider in every aspect. She is thorough, an amazing listener, and takes her time to talk through each step with me. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She is def a Shining Star among providers I have seen at St. Al's.

Heather has taken the time to help me know the difference between asthma and copd, how they are related and how each works. She had been helpful along with other nurses and staff to help me get approval for the medicines that are prescribed—but that are challenged by my insurance company.
