Philosophy of Care

I am constantly striving to learn new information, skills, and current evidence-based medicine practices to help me provide the best care for my patients. I enjoy building relationships with my patients—partnering with them to determine what care would be best for them. I think it is important to go over all care possibilities and work with the patient to find what is most practical and purposeful for them. I pride myself in being a nonbiased, kind, and considerate provider. My goal is to offer partnership and safety to patients at vulnerable times in their lives and health journeys. I look forward to helping people find their best health using either nonpharmacological or medicinal interventions. As a provider, I aim to be somebody that you can trust to better your overall health and longevity using shared decision-making and collaboration.

Knowledgeable, carrying, willing to treat me like an individual not a "clinical" patient. I told her when I first went in that I'm an enigma; I've never been a "normal" diagnosed patient. And she has treated me as I am not as the book says...

I left my appointment feeling that my concerns were addressed. I also felt that she would be there if needed in the future. As an older person, the need to have the assurance that someone cares about your health needs.
