Outside of medicine, I am a mom, wife, and outdoor athlete. I am a native Idahoan with deep roots here. My free time is best spent with my family, exploring Idaho’s outdoors. I love whitewater kayaking, skiing, mountain biking, running, hiking, and hot springing.

Philosophy of Care

I am a broad spectrum family physician who is passionate about providing excellent care to all ages. My residency focused on broad spectrum family medicine, caring for people and families ‘from womb to tomb,’ and I feel very lucky that I get to continue that care in my current practice.

I love obstetrics and provide prenatal care in the clinic and offer deliveries at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Nampa. Well-child visits are a highlight in my daily clinic schedule. I enjoy office procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and injections. I am passionate about women’s health and contraceptive management, offering IUD and Nexplanon® placements/removals. I enjoy taking care of the whole family and have the opportunity to get to know multiple generations within a family. This is a joy unique to family practice, and being a family physician is incredibly special because it allows for this.

My first career was in naturopathic medicine, which has shaped the way that I approach my practice as a family physician. I like to work with patients to achieve their health goals and to be the best version of themselves. I view myself as a teammate and advocate, helping my patients navigate modern healthcare and providing evidence-based knowledge and guidance along the way.
