Philosophy of Care

I believe that every patient is an individual with a unique set of symptoms, goals and concerns. Careful communication and attention to detail are essential at every visit. My treatment plans include focused time for patient education, personalized therapy, and when necessary, the latest and least invasive surgical techniques. I want my patients to feel engaged as the central component of the team as we work together to restore or improve upon their function. I specialize in tendon, ligament, and cartilage issues of the knee, shoulder, and hip. I treat patients who are 10 years and older.

My shoulder Doctor, Dr. Travis Clyde, referred me to Dr. Jurgensmeier. Not only did he highly recommend him, but people in my neighborhood, who are both medical professionals, and not also recommended Dr. Jurgensmeier, which put me at incredible ease.

From the get-go, Dr Jurgensmeier has been awesome. He explained my injury, offered the surgical solution, performed the surgery, and helped me with recovery. I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. J and his staff! Dr. Jurgensmeier is caring and explains everything in detail. He's super knowledgeable and has a very kind and patient manner! I recommend him highly!

Dr. J took alot of time making sure my questions were all answered and that I felt good about my progress. He has a sincere interest in good outcomes for his patients. He also has very useful and helpful pre and post procedure educational materials for patients.

Fantastic experience with Dr. J. Took the time to fully understand and respond to my concerns. Explained my injuries and MRI results incredibly well and did a good exam in the office. Great office, great physician and great experience. I most strongly recommend their services.

Took the time to understand my situation and injuries fully and did a thorough, in-office exam of the injured areas. Showed my MRI results to me and helped me understand what I was looking at. Listened intently and got me scheduled with St. Al's physical therapy near my home going forward.

Dr Jurgensmeier is the best! His surgical work is artful and he is very careful to make you heal completely. I expect to make a full shoulder recovery and be dirtbiking in Moab shortly. Not only that but he's a good dude.
