Dr. Karlsberg and her team managed to squeeze me in for a short procedure when otherwise I would've been waiting months. Also, she listened to my concerns about my wife's treatment elsewhere in St. Al's and took steps to help, above and beyond the call of duty, as we in the military say. My wife and I REALLY APPRECIATE her help! I can't emphasize that enough!

I truly appreciate the time Dr. Karlsberg allots to her appointments. It's clear she cares about her patients and wants to find resolution. This is unlike my previous experience where it was clear the physician was trying to see a certain number of patients per hour and basically kicked you out of your appointment.

If I ever move I would take Dana with me. She like Drew is thorough. I can tell she has read my tests and other doctors recommendations. She is always well informed about my trip to IC or Er. When needed she is prompt in making the necessary referrals. She has excellent communication skills and takes a personal interest in the whole person.
