PA KIMES respects my decision to be proactive in my health care, doesn’t insist when I resist scripts till I research myself i.e. lowering glucose by changing my diet, losing weight, & using alternative therapies only going on Metformin for a brief time.

Crysta took the time to listen to me and about my concerns. Before I said anything about a referral to see a counselor or psychiatrist she had already brought the subject up. She wanted to make sure I got the right support. I have cancer that runs in the family and my last pcp ignored the recommendation of see a genetic counselor and Crysta was already ready to send a referral in for me. She was a great listener. I felt comfortable with her and that she truly cares about her patients including me on my very first visit. I’m very grateful for her and the core values that she exemplifies of Saint Alphonsus

Crysta Kimes is truly amazing. She takes the time to listen to you and makes you feel like you are the only patient she has and that whole Clinic. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She eases my anxiety in regards to "going to the doctors"

For being someone who doesn’t seek medical attention for any reason. Based on my history of dealing with medical staff who are go go go and on to the next patient. Not the case here at all. This is the second time I’ve seen same provider and very attentive and asked lots of questions. Also was very open to hear my concerns and field my questions. That’s a first. So it was much appreciated that when I walked out I felt like my concerns were met with authenticity care. I’ve had a follow up to that appointment as well. And it was no different. Same great attention to detail. Also appreciate the honesty. If she doesn’t have the answers she will find it… Thanks for that.
