He apologized for being late to the appointment which really surprised me because at my old dr. You always had to arrive early and you would always be seen late. I am so thankful and happy with my care now that I’m under the care of St. Al’s Drs.

I'm so happy I chose Dr. Steinmann as my new primary. I wish I'd done it sooner. He listens attentively, offers advice and solutions, and genuinely cares.
This appointment was an ER follow up appointment so more or less a work in and he still found time to acknowledge my symptoms and order further testing. Then called to make sure I understood the two medications I was given and signs I need to contact them ASAP and when to expect the test results. Etc I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that.
