Left feeling good about my visit
Dr. Patee came into my introductory appointment, where I also came in with a painful ongoing medical issue, with clearly having read my file. He was knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and had a great bedside manner. I had an appointment with the specialist before I made it home that same morning. I was very impressed. My elderly parents and adult daughter have received my positive opinion of Dr. Patee and also have appointments to begin their care.
I appreciated the fact that about 1/2 way thru my appointment, I was crying tears of gratitude that I felt like my health was in good hands under Dr. Patee's care and knowledge base.

Again, Dr. Patee is great & Dr. Denny seems good, met him once before as we went over my hip situation and surgery procedures. The staff handling incoming calls and driving solutions to solve problems are lacking, It would of been overall more acceptable if the staff just would of told me they couldn't deliver, then to leave me with no follow up contact at all.

Getting an appointment is hard, but once you get it, it is worth it.
Not a quick appt, he took time to explain why labs changed and what to expect or plan for as I get older. Printed off some info and offered referral if I wanted that in future.
