She took time to explain procedures, and discuss my concerns. She explained a plan forward. I waited almost 3 months to get an appointment with Dr. Lavergne upon recommendation from another patient. I was not disappointed. I only wish I could have gotten in sooner.
The explanation that this was a wellness meeting came across kind of harsh that anything outside of the wellness would be charged separately although this is true it could have been the stated in a more friendly way

I am being kept at the ER in Nampa for observation. The nurse said she thought I should have the sore on my bottom covered. Dr. Laverne suggest I shouldn't.
She is always friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional and sincere. I'm very pleased with her overall caring for my health concerns and needs.
Early on when she was’t “in network” with my insurance we paid full-fee to see her. Should tell you everything.
