Bridgette McCoy always comes in and shakes your hand to say hello. She always talks directly to the patient. His condition now is he sits with his head down. She is always giving [name] ideas and things to make him better. She mentioned about having PT and she set all this up for him to tell me no. Also I brought up someone had mentioned a wheel chair and he was not happy with me. Bridgette ordered him one. She always hugs me. She sincerely becomes involved in the whole family.

She is easy to talk to, has good suggestions for dealing with my geriatric issues, and is very knowledgeable. I had a chance to go elsewhere, but I preferred to drive an extra half hour to be in her care.
