As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner working in geriatric medicine, I promote evidence-based quality healthcare with emphasizes on client-centered empowerment, healthy lifestyle promotion, disease-preventing, counseling, and quality of life support. I have 20 years of healthcare experience in a variety of care settings, and a United States Air Force veteran with 24 years of service caring for our nation's active duty, reservists, and all branches of military veterans.

It is my goal in practice to provides comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based quality health care that empowers client-centered care by focusing on the whole person as well as their caregivers that respects patient's values while empowering patients and families to be active participants in the pursuit of health and quality of life.

Bridgette McCoy always comes in and shakes your hand to say hello. She always talks directly to the patient. His condition now is he sits with his head down. She is always giving [name] ideas and things to make him better. She mentioned about having PT and she set all this up for him to tell me no. Also I brought up someone had mentioned a wheel chair and he was not happy with me. Bridgette ordered him one. She always hugs me. She sincerely becomes involved in the whole family.

Brigette has helped my dad with dementia who is in memory care. I was concerned with the treatment he was receiving at his memory care facility and she stepped in and helped in a huge way.
