I was a little disturbed with my Progress Notes (INTERVAL HISTORY): "Evangelina reports that she has been in her usual health." "She denies fatigue, SOB on exertion, racing heart." No recent or frequent infections. No new concerns today." After seeing and reading the progress Notes I felt like I was being told that I am in denial. At any point do I want to hide any of my health problems to Dr. Chawla or his team. This would of been a good question from Dr. Chawla towards me. " Are you feeling or having any issues with your heart"? That would of been a great reminder to myself who is having a hard time trying to remember all of my health issues. Especially when the only thing I can think of is that I might or have been having serious medical health problems. I have occasionally felt a racing heart beat. However, I didn't think nothing about it since I am a Cardio fanatic, always doing lots of cardio exercises and routines. It racing heart is quick does not last long and does not hurt. Heart problems do run in my family, starting with my Father he had a heart attack and passed away. With these coming tests that are going to be scheduled for me soon, is it possible to also see or add a heart specialist? Thank you, Evangelina Oregon.

Dr. Chawla is highly proficient in his area of expertise and makes me feel as though he has my best interests at the forefront.
To me, Dr. Chawla seems like the perfect kind of doctor to be dealing with people with cancer. He's upbeat, positive, interested, and interesting. He is not "gloom and doom." I do not know what he is like when a patient's diagnosis is much more dire than mine, but I think and hope that he would still be positive and encouraging.

The staff at the Cancer Center is outstanding. I do hope Saint Al’s considers getting rid of the noncompete for physicians because it’s very difficult for your organization to recruit physicians. There’s a shortage in the treasure Valley and having a noncompete is causing medical professionals to not want to come to the area. Please reconsider having a noncompete, especially for the physicians. I sent a letter to the CEO.
