Philosophy of Care
As a family medicine physician, I prioritize building meaningful, collaborative relationships with my patients. I believe that excellent family medicine goes beyond treating illness - it involves understanding each person’s unique circumstances, goals and values. I have a special interest in lifestyle medicine and chronic disease management, striving to help patients make sustainable changes that can improve their health and enhance their overall quality of life. By combining evidence based medicine with compassionate shared decision making, I aim to empower patients to take an active role in their health and work alongside them toward their health goals. In my free time, I am either working in my garden or kitchen, exploring the outdoors with my husband and mini Aussie, or working on my next crochet project.
