NP Draper has a lot of common sense. She knows and tells you what you need to do to maximize your health. She is also smart enough and experienced enough to know that we may or may not do some of the "best practice" beliefs but I appreciate hearing them. Medical science changes over the years and she has changed her recommendations with them. While not always thrilled to hear some things (yes, I'm still too fat) this is a fact and something that is in my power to fix. She had suggestions and advice for me to achieve my health goals.
