Philosophy of Care
I personally believe that every person needs a Family Medicine physician. Every individual need someone in their corner when “life happens”. I enjoy Family Medicine, as it allows me to perform small procedures and manage complex medical problems. I enjoy caring for both adults and children through all stages of life. I also feel that educating individuals about their health is an essential responsibility in my role as a physician. I believe that listening is a vital component to an individual’s overall health. As Sir William Osler, the father of modern medicine, once stated, “listen to the patient, he is telling you the diagnosis.
