Agreement reinstates Humana’s status as in-network provider

Saint Alphonsus and Humana have reached a new multi-year agreement that reinstates Humana’s status as an in-network payer at the Saint Alphonsus Health System. The agreement was effective November 1, 2025.

“This fair agreement allows us to serve Humana patients throughout the Treasure Valley and eastern Oregon,” said David McFadyen, President and CEO of Saint Alphonsus Health System. “We look forward to providing the high-quality care that our communities rely on to individuals with Humana plans.” 

The agreement ensures that patients with Humana Medicare Advantage health plans have access to in-network care at the following Saint Alphonsus facilities and medical groups: 
•    Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center
•    Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa
•    Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Ontario
•    Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Baker City
•    Saint Alphonsus Medical Group
•    Caldwell Cancer Care Center
•    Ten Mile Surgery Center
•    Treasure Valley Lab
