I have seen Dr. Snow twice for thyroid issues. He has always been respectful and explained everything in layman's terms. He is very kind, he seems a little too "professional," instead maybe he could be a little more at ease with patients. That would be my only thought.

You need to get your staffing figured out. Some problems cannot wait for months to be resolved. I am reasonably sure that you don't want the emergency room turned into the “the doctor is too busy to see you� room.

Dr. Snow is always very professional and caring when I see him. He is GREAT. After the surgery to remove the polyp in my nose I have not had anymore sinus infections and the allergies that I had in the past are almost gone. Thank You Dr. Snow

Provider felt disconnected. Wasn't really listening to me on my thoughts and concerns. Providers back was turned to me pretty much the whole visit.
